Olfactory sensations:

INCIPIT : an entirely Mediterranean beginning, which oscillates between the brightness of Sicilian Orange, the amber aromaticity of Sage and the freshness of Myrtle.
PLOT : a plot that speaks of the roots of OWAY, recreating the freshness of the balsamic and slightly floral aromatic plants of Lavender, Thyme and Rosemary grown at 0 km with the biodynamic method in Ortofficina.
FINISH : a long, elegant, vigorous finish, which contemplates the resinous aroma of Cistus, and the vigor of Cedar wood, enlivened by a pinch of Pink Pepper and laid on a delicately gourmand trail of Vanilla.
