Shipping policy

Standard Shipping (TNT courier) is free in Italy for orders over €30.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €6.00. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, calculated from the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. With Standard Shipping, orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.

In any case, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receipt.

Products are delivered by TNT Express Courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

In any case, the products will be delivered within 30 days, as required by law.

Products are delivered throughout Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City. For shipments to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, or smaller islands, please allow one additional day compared to the times indicated above.

In certain geographic areas considered Remote Areas, an additional surcharge of €21.00 will be added to the shipping cost. We invite you to check the list of Remote Areas before placing your order (Italy: pages 100 to 102). This additional cost must be paid before the order is shipped and no later than 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.

You can check the shipping status at any time using the tracking we will send you by email.

Always choose an address where TNT can deliver successfully. If you prefer to receive your order at an office or concierge desk, provide all details as accurately as possible, including the company name and any contact person, floor number, or any other information that may be helpful to the courier.
