DO YOU NEED TO RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
If you have received an incorrect product, the return is always free; otherwise the cost (€8.00) will be at your expense and will be deducted from the refund .
For hygiene and safety reasons, you can only return products if they are intact and unused . Otherwise, the return will not be possible. See the return policy for full details.
